Chimney

Chimney
View;
The open
Countryside.

Grey skies,
Mood swingers

Warm air
Embracing
Wild Flowers

Bird song,
Great singers

Lapping
Water?

Fishy
Dippers.

Doullan.

The Beast Ain't Wild!

Walking; Stillness
Bird song
Wind blows
Wildebeest silently
Meander
Nothing more.

Doullan.

(Wilderbeest? In Oxfordshire?
HA; what a sheep joke!)

Round Corner

1
5
4
Number
To an alternative
door,
Bridges a gap
Where reflections fall
Round corner,
Barge n'all.

Doullan.

You don't know - what you don't know....

Robust indifference
Enveloping
This World,
Made in Mans ignorant likeness,
Finds NO Way In;
Being
As 'is'
Is One's Robustness,
Protective Armour,
A shield of light
Unperceived
By those who know not.

Doullan.

Wood
For the fire,
Ready for the chill
Of night,
On a summers day
So sunny
And bright,
When rain
Sets in
There'll be
Warm delight.

Doullan.

You never know when the chill will come!

Choices

Bridge
Of views,
North, South,
East, West;
Directions
To Wander
You get to choose.

A River of Tears

Rain.
Chill in the air.
Set in - for the day.
Desire?
To wander camera in hand,
A Poets mindset
Floating on a river of tears
For a world lost in its own unrealised mediocrity.
It tugs at my sleeve

Like a tantrum filled child wanting its own . . .

. . way;

The World.
Tug, pull, push . . . Push, PUSH - Pushing.
So much to do,
To be done - time,
Not enough.
Time.
Sometimes,
Just some-times,
One does not comply.

Doullan

A Very Wet Start To The Day

Take leave of your senses
Hesitate not
Leave this world
And all it's rot,
For Madness is its way;
Nature is content
Come what may.

Doullan.

Two Tyre'd

At Shallow end
Tyre'd Ducks
Two, too tired
Take refuge
At Winding Hole.

Doullan.

Two Ducks resting on Tyre's at Winding Hole on the Oxford Canal near Cropredy.

Fluttering Shocks

The Flutterby,
Once called,
Rests where Endangered fishermen
Cast not their
Shocking consequences.

Doullan.
